it's odd being back in town for only a day before leaving again. i spent this past weekend in coldspring, texas at a scrapbooking retreat where i finished 80 pages. yes. 80. that would be the rest of my london scrapbook and 3/4 of my college years. whew.
tomorrow morning i leave for ca to spend the thanksgiving holidays with the family. i have lots to do, including kidnapping family photos for scanning, talking with family members to figure out who some of the people in the old pictures are in the first place, and other such genealogy-related fun stuff. :)
i hope that the past year has given you many things to be thankful for...and that you'll take a few moments to remember them.
