it would be if i had used it. right now, i'm hoping the apple geniuses can resurrect what's left of my data off my hard drive. it appears that my laptop drive died. not entirely sure why...or what happened... all i know is that i can't use it. i spent an hour at the genius bar with a really nice lady who ran all kinds of disk repair programs on it, trying to figure out what was going on.
hopefully i'll have it back by tomorrow. it was a pain last night to have to keep trekking from dining room to office/spare room every time i needed to look something up or print something off. guess i'm just spoiled now. :)
i'm just glad it was all under warranty. i think this is the first time i've had a hard drive fail on me that couldn't just be reformatted and reused.
otherwise, i'm still recovering from sleep deprivation. i think this is the first day all week that i haven't had migraine symptoms. i have a choice of venues tonight. i think i'm going to hit tio leo's 'cause i just don't feel like going to firehouse. plus, i can hang out with gary and danielle and rodrick and all the other cool folks who follow the live-band scene. :)
